Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the day of the purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We are sure that you have purchased exactly the items you've chosen and paid for.

Returns & Exchanges:

🦄We accept returns and exchanges on non custom-made, personalized, tailor-made or remade items within 30 days of receiving your package.

🦄All the returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

🦄The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanged items.

We do not accept returns and exchanges on custom-made, personalized, tailor-made or any items remade, remodeled or changed in any other way upon the Customer’s kind task.

Replacements:

We will replace the personalized item in case we made an error with the personalization of your order.

We do not replace items that were incorrectly made due to Buyer’s mistake.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the source of the original payment method within 5 (five) business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 (five) business days after the trackable return package reached us:

🌲Write a short email to siawikex@gmail.com with the ORDER number and the sum which had to be refunded but was not.

🌲Contact the payment method provider.

Shipping:

To return your product, send it over to: WIKEX SIA, Jurkalnes street 1 k-3, LV-1046, Riga, Latvia

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ask you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds in Case of Force Majeure:

Please note that we refund the product cost but will deduct shipping costs if:

🌴The customer was unavailable during delivery.

🌴The customer provided an invalid phone number or email address.

If the item is disposed of by the postal service for these reasons, we are not responsible for the costs. If the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be disposed of, and we are not responsible for the costs.
